Shipping policy
At Luxodate, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at Contact@luxodate.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

Used, worn, or opened products

Returns requested after the 30-day return period

Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
If you wish to receive a different item, the quickest solution is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item. Standard shipping charges may apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
