Returns

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and protective materials

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luxo Date cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
